Display Screen Equipment, Home Working & Data Security Risk Assessment

This risk assessment is a mandatory requirement for all Unbound staff who work offsite either permanently or on a hybrid basis to ensure that:

- Your physical workspace is safe and complies with Health & Safety (H&S) and Display Screen Equipment (DSE) regulations.
- Your work practices are secure and protect the confidentiality of all member and company data, in line with UK GDPR and CQC standards.
Instructions
Employee: Please complete all sections of this form as a self-assessment of your primary out of office working environment.
Manager: Review the completed form with the employee.
Action Plan: For any item marked "No," a corrective action must be agreed upon, logged in Section 3, and completed.
Record: The signed-off form must be filed in the employee's secure Staff Record.
