Home Working & Data Security Risk Assessment

This risk assessment is a mandatory requirement for all Unbound staff who work from home (WFH), either permanently or on a hybrid basis to ensure that:

Your physical workspace is safe and complies with Health & Safety (H&S) and Display Screen Equipment (DSE) regulations.
Your work practices are secure and protect the confidentiality of all member and company data, in line with UK GDPR and CQC standards.
Instructions
Employee: Please complete all sections of this form as a self-assessment of your primary home-working environment.
Manager: Review the completed form with the employee.
Action Plan: For any item marked "No," a corrective action must be agreed upon, logged in Section 3, and completed.
Record: The signed-off form must be filed in the employee's secure Staff Record.
